RATINGS/REVIEWS
ProfinderGh members are encouraged to submit reviews at the end of every contract about the professionals hired on our website to aid new customers who may need the services of our registered professionals. These reviews include incredible details about how the project was executed (including cost) and grade the professionals response to work, time, price, materials used, human/costumer care/relations, professionalism and quality of work on a 5-0 star* ratings. ProfinderGh members will have the opportunity to tell you the behavior of the professional/ service providers before, during and after their services and the quality or otherwise of the service provided, whether it was value for money or otherwise. That is, you are given the opportunity to express your observation about the work done.
HONESTY
Since PF depends on its members experiences, anonymous reviews are not accepted. All projects and services are verified by our Quality Control Department (QCD) to make sure the right ratings are posted. We pride ourselves with confidentiality, however, members information is given to such professionals who are involved in such projects for them to learn how consumes rate them in the discharge of their duties. For the sake of fairness, professionals/service providers can respond to reviews, which helps to make sure members get all the needed information before making a hiring decision. Additionally, members can only report on a service experience at the end of the project, ensuring no one can skew the ratings in favor of or against another professional/service provider. Finally, as said earlier all reviews submitted by members are verified by our QCD who look for any irregularities or red flags. This will help in preventing professionals/service providers who may be reporting on their own businesses. If such a situation occurs such professionals and service providers are reprimanded and if it persists, they will be permanently removed from PF portal.
